Bays Breaker (England: ESB: 4.7%)

Visual: Dark reddish brown with a light brown head. The head is short lasting and bubbly.

Nose: Quite malty and some light hops. Cooked chicken. Somewhat of a working blokes caff and a touch of chocomilk drink.

Body: Malty but quite fizzy. Malted milk. Slightly thin but some burnt elements. The slightest blackcurrant.

Finish: Bitter, somewhat watery then dry flour.

Conclusion: Slightly over fizzy beer which causes the more pleasant malty notes to be hidden. Too weak and light. It has ok elements but not in sufficient quantities.

An unfortunately sub standard ale.
